The Central Library of Raidighi College is semi-computerized with around 15,555 text books documents and 373 reference books. Other than the said printed materials, the college also subscribed to 10 regular journals and magazines and a few newspapers, including emplyoment news/gazette. The library is semi-automted with open source software Koha. We are working hard to make available of almost 80% of the collection of the library remotely through the Open Public Access Catalogue powered by Koha.

We are immensely thankful to the P C Chandra Group for thier constant support and generous donation for reference books and corresponding infrastructure.

The Raidighi College Central Library is a member of N - LIST (National Library and Information Services infrastructure for Scholarly Content) consortium of INFLIBNET through which the members of the library can access 6300+ ejournals and 1,00,000 ebooks. Moreover, the Library is also a member of National Digital Library (NDL). The Library is a part of NPTel (National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning), an initiative of IITs & IISc to enhance the quality of education in the country by developing curriculum based video and web courses.

There are Departmental Libraries in each department for the students of concerned departments.

Rules & Regulations:

1. Membership is required for using the Library.
2. The Students may borrow 2 books for 15 days and may renew the same for additional 15 days.
3. The Full time teachers may borrow 2 books for 15 days.
4. The Library is under CCTV Surveillance.
5. Retaining books for more than the stipulated period is liable for a fine of Rs. 1.0 /day/book.
6. Members have to keep their bags (excluding purse & mobile) in the baggage counter to access Library.
7. No student is allowed to take additional copy of same title at a time.
8. Members are allowed to use reading room for reading purposes on submission of their reading cards.
9. Disregard of library rules and misbehavior will render students liable to be denied access to the library.
10. Use of Mobile phone is strictly prohibited inside the Library
